We Serve Your Defendant(s):
One of our experienced, bonded & licensed Process Servers will serve your claim. If the address is bad, we will attempt to locate a new one. If you need a status on the progress of your case, feel free to E-mail our office and a representative will immediately return the E-Mail.
We File the Proof:
After the service of process is complete, BIG SKY ATTORNEY SERVICE will file your Proof of Service at the Court. The conformed copy of the Proof of Service will be returned to you along with your complete court package.
We offer same day court filing of all your legal documents. We will also give
you a courtesy "status update" once your documents have been filed with the court.
